Boulder Consultation Launches New Anxiety Page for High-Performing Professionals

BOULDER, Colo. — Boulder Consultation has launched a new anxiety page built for the high-performing professionals the practice serves. It speaks to people who function well and keep showing up, yet can’t quite relax, sleep well, or unwind once the work week ends. The page is live now.

The practice works with individuals who want to identify the sources of their stress and anxiety. Through its individual work, Anna Frost and her clients use a structured, collaborative process to pinpoint the reactions that create stress. Once the problem is understood, the established patterns that keep someone feeling anxious can be reduced.

Anxiety is the number one thing people name when they first call. In Frost’s work, it isn’t the whole story. It’s a signal that something is out of balance, often the result of managing or shutting down difficult feelings to keep things running for a business, a team, or a family. That kind of pressure rarely stays contained, which is why it so often shows up in relationship issues at home. Holding everything together indefinitely takes a real toll, altering heart rate and breathing and keeping the brain stuck in problem-solving mode.

“What carries the most benefit toward physiological health is gaining access to one’s Self,” said Anna Frost, Nationally Certified Psychoanalyst.

The new page also lays out how the work happens:

  • Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, typically weekly, with progress possible in six sessions.
  • Clients can meet by phone, Zoom, or in person from anywhere in the US.
  • Everything stays completely private. No chart notes, no paper trail, nothing leaves the room.

Getting started is simple. Frost offers a free 15-minute consultation by phone at 303.547.8493, or people can reach out through the contact page to begin.
