Initial Bipolar II diagnosis was unfounded

Most recently, Anna suggested that my initial Bipolar II diagnosis was unfounded. She made the suggestion that I titrate my lamotrigine dosage down and observe. I have been unmedicated for about 3 weeks now and can say it has changed my world and reaffirmed the person I want to be in a most profound way. I feel stable and present to the extent I felt was totally lost when I first started taking mood stabilizers and antidepressants. I’m in the driver’s seat again, and I’m proud to say Anna is one of the most vital pillars of my support system. I couldn’t have come back into myself without her and our conversations.
