Most recently, Anna suggested that my initial Bipolar II diagnosis was unfounded. She made the suggestion that I titrate my lamotrigine dosage down and observe. I have been unmedicated for about 3 weeks now and can say it has changed my world and reaffirmed the person I want to be in a most profound way. I feel stable and present to the extent I felt was totally lost when I first started taking mood stabilizers and antidepressants. I’m in the driver’s seat again, and I’m proud to say Anna is one of the most vital pillars of my support system. I couldn’t have come back into myself without her and our conversations.

Overall, Anna is more than a therapist that I see every week. She’s a confidant, a mentor, and a true guiding light through life’s ups and downs. I completely recommend working with her.

I’ve worked with Dr. Frost for several years. She helped me talk through my separation and divorce and beyond. She is an active and most thoughtful listener and I recommend her without reservation.

Anna was a great find and helped me make needed transitions in my life. I have continued to see Anna and recommend her to anyone who is struggling with anxiety.

Anna is a great therapist and I co-sign preceding reviews attesting to that. I thought it might be beneficial to also capture another aspect of Anna’s practice that makes working with her a pleasure and that is her logistical flexibility. As someone with a schedule that constantly changes, trying to find a weekly time that consistently works is challenging. But Anna always finds time for our sessions and clearly works hard to accommodate. Further, she is flexible in how our sessions are conducted; call, in-person, Zoom/FaceTime – she does it all. So if you are someone with a hectic schedule but want the counsel of a seasoned psychoanalyst via a medium that caters to your preference – Anna is the clear top choice.
