My goal in supervision is to help clinicians develop a deeper understanding of their patients. I help explore effective treatment interventions while supporting the growth of each therapist’s voice and unique therapeutic approach.
I have 15 years of experience as a supervisor and I very much enjoy working with clinicians. Currently, nearly half of my practice is supervision. While drawing from a wide range of historical and current theoretical/empirical models, my treatment orientation prioritizes Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic/Cognitive with an emphasis on Development, Attachment, Trauma, and Relationship Issues.
You can’t change things unless you talk about them.
